White Smoke AB is founded on the belief that developed shipping is an important and necessary part of the solution for the change into a more sustainable society. White Smoke also believes that a more proactive approach from the stakeholders within the shipping business is a necessity for long term survivability. One of the most interesting paths to achieve this is to use LNG as main fuel for shipping. Since the start of White Smoke significant money and efforts have been spent in the development of the supply chain for LNG as marine fuel.
White Smoke run a consultacy business under the brand name White Smoke Consulting. The consulting part of White Smoke assist clients with technical, commersial and regulatory expertise as well as project management services related to LNG as marine fuel and LNG Bunkering.
White Smoke is also a part owner of White Smoke Shipping AB, a company dedicated to the supply of LNG feedering and bunkering services.

During the spring of 2012 Johan Algell, the CEO of White Smoke and White Smoke Shipping has been invited as a speaker to several seminaries and exhibitions in relation to LNG for shipping and LNG bunkering. At present he has confirmed his participation in 3 events.
White Smoke and Frederiet joins forces

White Smoke AB and Frederiet AB have decided to join forces in the development of the world’s first LNG bunker vessel operation. All the future activities of the partners within the LNG bunkering business will be done through the jointly owned White Smoke Shipping AB.
