A new company is born

White Smoke AB has now been in business for 5 months and the development has been better than the original plan. To be able to capitalise on this development there are ongoing discussions with several potential partners and investors. To make the integration of these into the White Smoke Group easier a new company, White Smoke Shipping AB is established.
Today White Smoke Shipping AB is fully owned by White Smoke AB but within the months to come parts of White Smoke Shipping will be sold to one or several partners.
White Smoke Shipping will be developed into the shipping part of the White Smoke Group. If the development follows the present business plan White Smoke Shipping will be able to invest in its first vessels during 2011. White Smoke Shipping has the same basic goal and values as White Smoke AB have had since the establishment.
White Smoke AB will still run the consulting part of White Smoke Group as well as being the holding company of the original founder’s interests in the White Smoke Group.
