The KOGAS feasability study
On behalf of the world’s largest LNG importer, The Koreans Gas Company or KOGAS, White Smoke Consulting together with a number of Swedish companies was assigned to do a feasibility study in relation to the development of a suitable distributions system for LNG to shipping in South Korea. The project result of the project was delivered in May 2011.
The project dealt with various aspects such as:
- International, regional and national regulations and guidelines
- Necessary infrastructural development
- Future demand and availability
- Risks
White Smoke Consulting acted as project manager for 3 of the 4 sub projects that was delivered by the Swedish part of the project.
